Human glioblastoma. A human glioblastoma multiforme cell line derived from a 65-year-old male. The results of immunocytochemical analysis for GFAP, Vimentin, NestiN and CD33 were positive in early and late passage cells. MGMT methylation was negative.

IST MES2 is Permanent cell lines that exhibits fusiform morphology and adherent culture properties, it also can form heaps of cells. ANGM-CSS are positive for CD133, nestin and vimentin by immunohistochemistry.
