    Beagle Canine Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) are primary cells isolated from the whole blood of Beagle dogs using density gradient centrifugation to remove red blood cells. The population consists of various immune cells, including lymphocytes and monocytes, which play an essential role in studying the immune system’s physiological and pathological processes. Beagle PBMCs are valuable for research into immune-mediated diseases, including autoimmune diseases and primary immune deficiency diseases, which have similarities to human immune disorders. These cells are typically cryopreserved using a standardized protocol, ensuring high viability (>80%) after thawing, and are stored at temperatures below -120°C, ideally in liquid nitrogen tanks. However, it is recommended to regularly monitor for potential viral contamination to ensure the safety of the cells in research applications.
