As multipotent stem cells, they demonstrate robust self-renewal capacity and can differentiate into adipocytes, osteocytes, and chondrocytes under specific induction conditions, serving as essential tools for regenerative medicine and developmental studies. Their distinct surface marker profile: positive for CD29, CD44, and Sca-1, while negative for hematopoietic marker CD117. They are cryopreserved at earliest passage and recommended for use within 3-5 passages to maintain functional integrity.
