  • Description
    Mouse Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) are primary cells isolated from the peripheral blood of healthy or disease-model mice, including those with tumors or autoimmune disorders. As non-passagable cells, PBMCs are freshly prepared by density gradient centrifugation and exhibit suspended growth in vitro. They consist of immune subsets such as T cells (CD3⁺), B cells (CD19⁺), and NK cells (CD56⁺), identified via flow cytometry. PBMCs maintain a normal diploid karyotype (2n=40), confirmed by G-banding. Functionally, they participate in both innate and adaptive immunity, with cytokine production and immune modulation assessed by ELISA and cytotoxicity assays. These cells are widely used in studies on tumor immunity, autoimmune diseases, and infectious models.
