    Chicken Muscle Satellite Cells (CMSCs) are muscle-resident stem cells derived from the pectoral skeletal muscle tissue. Located between the basal lamina and the sarcolemma of muscle fibers, they are cryopreserved following primary culture. CMSCs play essential roles in postnatal muscle development, repair, and regeneration. Studies have shown that CMSCs are associated with maintaining the integrity of muscle tissue and overall poultry muscle health. In vitro, these cells should not be subjected to repeated freeze-thaw cycles during culture.
