Description

Cre-Expressing Human Aortic Smooth Muscle Cells are isolated from human aortic tissue. Cre-Expressing Human Aortic Smooth Muscle Cells are characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibody of α-smooth muscle actin. These cells are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C and can be expanded for 2-3 passages at a split ratio of 1:2 under the cell culture conditions specified by our scientist. Repeated freezing and thawing of cells are not recommended. Each vial contains >5 x 105 cells in 1 ml volume.
