Description

Cre-Expressing Human Coronary Artery Fibroblasts are isolated from human coronary artery tissue. Cre-Expressing Human Coronary Artery Fibroblasts are characterized by immunofluorescent staining with anti-fibroblast-specific protein 1 or anti-Vimentin antibody. Each vial contains 0.5×106 cells per ml and is delivered frozen. These Cells are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C.
