After primary culture, these cells are cryopreserved. Cynomolgus Monkey Hepatocytes are maintained in suspension culture, and possess functions such as detoxification, lipid and protein metabolism, and immune cell activation. Studies have shown that these cells are relevant to the study of liver disease pathogenesis. During culture, repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided.
