Description

GFP-HuASMCs are puromycin resistant cells selected from HuASMCs isolated from normal human aorta, after infected with GFP expressing lentiviral particles. The cells are shipped in frozen vials (the cells are provided at passage 3-4). Smooth Muscle Cells (SMCs) Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have a minimum average population doubling levels > 8 (2-3 passages) when cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
