HLFCs-Ad are isolated from normal human lung tissue(adult) samples and GFP-HLFCs-Ad cells are selected by puromycin after infection HLFCs-Ad with lentiviruses expressing GFP and shipped in frozen vial (the cells are provided at passage 2). Universal Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have an average minimum population doubling levels > 10 when cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
