HARA exhibits epithelial-like morphology and adherent culture properties. These cells exhibit a distinctive trait of producing notable quantities of parathyroid hormone-related protein (PTHrP), as evidenced by both PTHrP RNA transcripts and substantial PTHrP secretion. Alongside PTHrP, the cell culture medium demonstrates a notable presence of interleukin 1 (IL-1).
