    Human Acne Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells are a heterogeneous group of immune cells isolated from peripheral blood, including lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, NK cells) and monocytes. Morphologically, PBMCs are typically round or oval. PBMCs play a core role in the pathogenesis of acne, especially in mediating inflammatory responses: monocytes differentiate into macrophages and secrete proinflammatory factors such as IL-1β and TNF-α, and Th17 cell activation can promote IL-17 release, contributing to abnormal keratinization of the pilosebaceous unit and immune responses triggered by Propionibacterium acnes.
