Cell Name: Human Acute Lymphoid Leukemia Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (Relapsed/Refractory)

  • Description
Human Acute Lymphoid Leukemia Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (Relapsed/Refractory) are isolated from the peripheral blood of patients with relapsed/refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).These cells are primary and typically used at early passages to preserve disease-specific characteristics. They appear as large round cells with high nuclear-to-cytoplasmic ratios and grow in suspension. These cells proliferate indefinitely by abnormally activating signaling pathways such as BCR-ABL1 and JAK-STAT, while escaping immune surveillance by downregulating. They frequently express CD10, CD19, and CD34, confirmed by flow cytometry. These cells are tumorigenic and have been shown to engraft and propagate in immunodeficient mouse models.MHC-I molecules and upregulating PD-L1, and secreting angiogenic factors (such as VEGF) and matrix remodeling proteins (such as MMP-9) to reconstruct the microenvironment
