    Human Asthma Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells are mainly derived from the peripheral blood of asthma patients, separated by density gradient centrifugation, and are rich in lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, NK cells), monocytes, and dendritic cells.Typical mononuclear morphology—round lymphocytes, monocytes with kidney-shaped nuclei PBMCs of asthma patients play a central role in the Th2 immune response, which is characterized by increased secretion of cytokines such as IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13, driving eosinophilic inflammation, IgE synthesis, and airway hyperresponsiveness. Upregulated Th2 cytokines (IL-4, IL-5, IL-13), possible increased expression of activation markers like CD69 on T cells.Functional abnormalities include Th2 polarization leading to eosinophilic inflammation, increased IgE production, and airway hyperresponsiveness typical of asthma pathophysiology.
