Human Breast Cancer Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells are immune cells isolated from the peripheral blood of breast cancer patients, primarily consisting of lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, NK cells) and monocytes. PBMCs play a critical role in antitumor immune responses, including antigen presentation by monocytes/macrophages, cytotoxic killing (NK and CD8+ T cells), and antibody production (B cells). In breast cancer, PBMCs are studied for their role in tumor immunosurveillance, immune escape mechanisms, and response to immunotherapy.
