Cell Name: Human Chronic Kidney Disease Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells

  • Description
Human Chronic Kidney Disease Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) are a type of mononuclear cell population derived from the peripheral blood of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), mainly including lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, NK cells) and monocytes. CKD-PBMCs play a central role in immune regulation and inflammatory response. PBMCs in patients with chronic kidney disease usually show an abnormal activation state, manifested by increased secretion of proinflammatory cytokines (such as TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β), as well as oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction.
