    Human Cord Blood Naive T Helper Cells, CD4+ are derived from human umbilical cord blood. They are naive CD4+ T helper cells isolated from umbilical cord blood.As primary cells, they are typically used fresh or at early passages with limited proliferative capacity.As regulatory cells of the immune system, their functions include recognizing antigens, activating macrophages and B cells, and coordinating other T cells to initiate immune responses. Abnormalities in these cells are associated with autoimmune diseases (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis), infectious diseases (such as HIV-induced immunodeficiency), and tumor immune evasion.These cells express surface markers CD3, CD4, CD45RA, and CCR7, characteristic of naive T helper cells, identifiable by flow cytometry.In HIV infection, the virus specifically attacks CD4+ T cells, causing the immune system to collapse, triggering opportunistic infections and tumors.
