Cell Name: Human Esophageal Cancer Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells

  • Description
Human Esophageal Cancer Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells are mainly derived from the peripheral blood of esophageal cancer patients. They are a mixed cell population, including lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, NK cells) and monocytes. Morphologically, PBMCs are round or oval. These cells play key immune functions in the esophageal cancer microenvironment: T cells mediate tumor-specific killing, NK cells participate in natural immune surveillance, and monocytes can differentiate into tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) to regulate inflammatory responses by secreting cytokines (such as TNF-α, IL-6).
