Description

Human Mammary Microvascular Endothelial Cells (HMMEC) are isolated from human breast microangioma tissues. HMMTE are cryopreserved at passage three and delivered frozen. Each vial contains > 5×10^5 cells in 1 mL volume. HMMEC are characterized by immunofluorescent staining with antibodies of CD31, VE-Cadherin, or use of fluorescence-labeled acetylated low-density lipoprotein (DiI-Ac-LDL) uptake, a functional marker for Tumor-Associated Endothelial Cells.
