Cell Name: Human Mantle Cell Lymphoma Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (Relapsed/Refactory)

  • Description
Human Mantle Cell Lymphoma Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (Relapsed/Refractory) are derived from peripheral blood samples of patients with relapsed/refractory mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). Morphological analysis shows that this cell population mainly consists of atypical small lymphocytes, and its immunophenotype displays typical MCL features: Cyclin D1 and CD5 are diffusely and positively expressed, while SOX-11 is positive in some cases. The combination of these three markers provides a crucial basis for diagnosis. Its core genetic feature is the t(11;14)(q13;q32) chromosomal translocation, which leads to abnormal overexpression of the cyclin D1 (CCND1) gene, thereby driving the cell cycle out of control.Additionally, these cells exhibit persistent abnormal activation of the B cell receptor (BCR) signaling pathway, significantly enhancing tumor B cell survival by continuously activating downstream pathways such as PI3K/AKT and MAPK.
