    Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells from Umbilical Cord Arteries (hUCAs-MSCs) are derived from the arteries of human umbilical cords from healthy donors. These cells possess the remarkable ability to self-renew while maintaining their multipotency, making them suitable for various applications in research and therapy. They exhibit a spindle fibroblast-like morphology and express markers like CD29, CD44, CD95, CD105, and HLA-I, with a normal karyotype. hUCAs-MSCs can differentiate into osteogenic and adipogenic cells in vitro. Harvested non-invasively and cryopreserved to maintain functionality, these cells undergo rigorous quality control to ensure. Although no mutations are noted, long-term culturing may lead to genomic instability. In preclinical studies, hUCAs-MSCs have shown no tumorigenicity even at high doses in animal models. Suitable for drug testing, regenerative medicine, and disease research, hUCAs-MSCs are a valuable tool for studying various pathological conditions and validating therapies.
