Cell Name: Human Mobilized Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells

  • Description
Human Mobilized Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMC) are derived from bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs), which undergo hematopoietic differentiation to form myeloid and lymphoid progenitor cells, and eventually develop into a heterogeneous population including lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, NK cells), monocytes, and a small number of dendritic cells. Peripheral blood mobilized from bone marrow via cytokine stimulation (e.g., G-CSF).Cells are mainly mononuclear with round to oval nuclei; typically grow in suspension in vitro.Express typical lineage markers such as CD3 (T cells), CD19 (B cells), CD56 (NK cells), CD14 (monocytes).PBMCs are the core of immune response: T cells participate in antigen-specific killing and immune regulation, B cells secrete antibodies, NK cells mediate the clearance of nonspecific tumor/virus-infected cells, and monocytes perform antigen presentation and phagocytosis after differentiation.

Human Mobilized Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells Human Mobilized Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) can be used to explore immune regulatory mechanisms, hematopoietic differentiation processes, and immune responses to infectious diseases (such as HIV and HBV). They can also be used to evaluate the in vitro effects of immunomodulatory drugs, vaccine efficacy, and immunotherapies such as CAR-T and NK cell therapy. In addition, they can be applied for high-throughput drug screening to detect the immunotoxicity or efficacy of compounds.
