    Primary Human Monocyte-Derived Dendritic Cells are derived from monocytes in human blood. These cells are cultured in vitro and differentiated by direct induction using a combination of cytokines such as GM-CSF and IL-4. They are monocyte-derived dendritic cells differentiated in vitro from human peripheral blood monocytes.These cells are typically used fresh after 5–7 days of differentiation and do not proliferate in culture.Morphologically, they have a typical dendritic or tree-like appearance and grow by adhering to the wall. As key antigen-presenting cells in the immune system, they can efficiently absorb, process and present antigens. They express surface markers such as CD11c, HLA-DR, CD80, and CD86, indicative of dendritic cell maturation status, detectable by flow cytometry.They have strong migration ability when immature and can effectively activate naive T cells after maturity.
