    Human NASH Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells are immune cells isolated from the peripheral blood of patients with non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH), a progressive form of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. PBMCs primarily consist of lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, NK cells) and monocytes. They play a critical role in both systemic and hepatic inflammation, a hallmark of NASH. PBMCs contribute to disease progression through the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines (e.g., TNF-α, IL-6), immune cell infiltration into the liver, and activation of fibrogenic signaling pathways.
