Cell Name: Human Neuropathy Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells

  • Description
Human Neuropathy Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells are a mixed population of immune cells isolated from the peripheral blood of patients with neuropathy, including subpopulations such as T cells, B cells, NK cells and monocytes. These cells play important roles in immune surveillance, inflammatory responses, and cytokine production, with aberrant activation implicated in peripheral neuropathy pathogenesis. In neuropathic conditions (e.g., diabetic neuropathy, Guillain-Barré syndrome, chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy), PBMCs contribute to disease progression through dysregulated pro-inflammatory cytokine release (TNF-α, IL-6), autoantibody production, and T-cell-mediated nerve damage.

  • Application
Human Neuropathy Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells can be used to explore the pathogenesis of peripheral neuropathy, especially the immune-mediated nerve damage mechanisms. These cells can also be used to analyze the secretion dynamics of proinflammatory cytokines (such as TNF-α, IL-1β), the polarization characteristics of T cell subsets (such as Th1/Th17) and their effects on Schwann cells or neurons.
