    Human Pancreatic Cancer Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells are primarily derived from the peripheral blood of pancreatic cancer patients. They are a mixed cell population separated from the blood by density gradient centrifugation, including lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, NK cells) and monocytes. Morphologically, PBMCs are generally round or oval. In the tumor microenvironment, these cells can participate in anti-tumor or tumor-promoting processes by secreting cytokines (such as IL-6, TNF-α) and mediating immune responses, among which regulatory T cells (Treg) and myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) may facilllitate immune escape.
