Cell Name: Human Prostate Cancer Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells

  • Description
Human Prostate Cancer Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells are immune cells isolated from the peripheral blood of prostate cancer patients, primarily comprising lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, NK cells) and monocytes. These cells play critical roles in antitumor immune responses, including antigen presentation (monocytes/macrophages), cytotoxic activity (NK cells/CD8+ T cells), and antibody production (B cells). In prostate cancer, PBMCs often exhibit altered immune function, such as expansion of immunosuppressive regulatory T cell (Treg) or impaired cytotoxic T cell responses, which contribute to tumor immune evasion.
