Cell Name: Human PV Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (Relapsed/Refractory)

  • Description
Human PV Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (Relapsed/Refractory) are isolated from the peripheral blood of relapsed/refractory patients and contain a mixed population of T cells, B cells, NK cells and monocytes. Morphologically, PBMCs are small and round cells. Small, round mononuclear cells; suspension growth typical of PBMCsThey play key roles in adaptive and innate immunity, including antigen presentation (monocytes), antibody production (B cells) and cytotoxic responses (T cells/NK cells).Dysregulated expression related to proliferation, anti-apoptosis, immune escape (e.g., BCL-2, PD-L1 overexpression). In relapsed/refractory diseases (such as multiple myeloma, lymphoma or leukemia), these cells often show dysregulated proliferation, anti-apoptosis and immune escape mechanisms, leading to treatment failure.Potentially tumorigenic depending on underlying disease (e.g., leukemia, lymphoma cells within PBMC mix). Immune escape and treatment resistance mechanisms contribute to relapse and refractory disease.

  • Application
Human PV Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (Relapsed/Refractory) can be used to study the immunopathological mechanisms of relapsed/refractory diseases. By studying the molecular signaling pathways of tumor cells inducing immune cells (such as T cell exhaustion and NK cell inactivation), the core mechanism of immune escape can be revealed.
