HRPTEpC, which are isolated from human kidneys and cryopreserved at P1, with ≥ 0.5 million cells in each vial. HRPTEpC express cytokeratin-18, -19, vimentin and ZO-1. HRPTEpC can be expanded for no more than 3 passages under the conditions provided by us. Further expansion may decrease the purity of the epithelial population.
