Human Sarcoma Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells are immune cells isolated from the peripheral blood of patients with sarcoma, primarily including lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, NK cells) and monocytes. These cells play critical roles in immune surveillance, cytokine production, and antigen presentation, contributing to anti-tumor responses as well as potential tumor microenvironment modulation. In sarcoma, PBMCs may reflect systemic immune activation or suppression, with altered functional profiles in cytokine secretion (e.g., IFN-γ, IL-6) and cytotoxic activity.
