    Human Skeletal Muscle Myoblasts are primary cells isolated from skeletal muscle tissue of human donors. These cells exhibit spindle-shaped epithelial morphology with adherent culture properties. Functionally, these cells play an important role in skeletal muscle regeneration by fusing into multinucleated myotubes, which mature into myofibers during embryogenesis, injury recovery, or pathological conditions. While the fusion of myoblasts is a distinctive feature of skeletal muscle, those that do not contribute to muscle fibers take on the role of satellite cells. Key molecular markers of these cells include desmin, MyoD, and myogenin.
