Cell Name: Human Skin Cancer Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells

  • Description
Human Skin Cancer Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells are a mixed population of immune cells isolated from the peripheral blood patients with skin cancer, including lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, NK cells) and monocytes. Morphologically, PBMCs are typically round or oval in shape. PBMCs are mainly involved in tumor immune surveillance and immune escape regulation in skin cancer. Among them, CD8+ T cells directly kill cancer cells by recognizing tumor antigens, while regulatory T cells (Treg) may inhibit anti-tumor immune responses and facilitate tumor progression. Monocytes may differentiate into tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs), contributing to the modulation of the tumor microenvironment.
