    Human Stomach Cancer Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells are isolated from the peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer mainly consist lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, NK cells) and monocytes. As an important component of the immune system, PBMCs play a key role in the gastric cancer microenvironment: CD8+ T cells mediate tumor cell killing, regulatory T cells (Treg) participate in immune tolerance, and monocytes can differentiate into tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) to promote angiogenesis and metastasis. Studies have shown that upregulated expression of PD-1/CTLA-4 and imbalance of Th1/Th2 ratio in PBMCs of patients with gastric cancer are associated with disease progression.
