    Human Uterine Cancer Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells are a heterogeneous immune cell population isolated from the peripheral blood of uterine cancer patients, consisting primarily lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, NK cells) and monocytes. Morphologically, PBMCs are typically round or oval. These cells mediate anti-tumor immune responses through cytotoxic T cells (CTLs) and NK cells. Conversely, regulatory T cells (Tregs) and tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) may contribute immune escape and facillitate tumor progression. Studies have shown that the subpopulation ratio and functional status of PBMCs in patients with uterine cancer are significantly correlated with disease stage and prognosis.
