Additionally, vocal fold fibroblasts are vital in the healing process after vocal fold injury, as they secrete growth factors and cytokines to promote tissue repair and regeneration. Research on HVFFs is essential for understanding the pathological mechanisms of vocal fold diseases and developing new therapeutic approaches. Human Vocal Fold Fibroblasts are isolated from human vocal fold tissue. They are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. Each vial contains >5 × 105 cells in 1mL volume.
