    Human Whole Blood are a complex tissue composed of cells with diverse functions and morphologies, mainly including red blood cells (erythrocytes), white blood cells (leukocytes) and platelets. These cells are derived from hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) in the bone marrow, and differentiate and mature through hematopoiesis under the regulation of cytokines. Among them, red blood cells are biconcave discs without nuclei, responsible for transporting oxygen through hemoglobin; white blood cells are nucleated cells, divided into granulocytes (neutrophils, eosinophils, basophils) and agranulocytes (lymphocytes, monocytes), which play a defensive role through phagocytosis, inflammatory response and specific immunity respectively; platelets are irregular cell fragments that participate in the coagulation and hemostasis process.
