Description

Mouse Pulmonary Alveolar Macrophages (MPAMa) are isolated from C57BL/6 mouse lung. Each vial contains >0.5 x 10^6 cells in 1 ml volume. MPAMa are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. MPAMa are guaranteed to further culture under the conditions provided by us, however, MPAMa are not recommended for expanding or long-term cultures since the cells do not proliferate in regular culture.
