Description

Mouse Skeletal Muscle Satellite Cells (MSkMSC) are isolated from mouse muscle of the pectoral girdle. Each vial contains >5 x 10^5 cells in 1 ml volume. MSkMSC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to myosin, actin and actinin. MSkMSC are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
