OE33 is a valuable in vitro model for investigating the molecular biology of esophageal adenocarcinoma, including tumor progression, immune response, and drug resistance. It is widely used in xenograft models for preclinical evaluation of chemotherapeutic agents such as cisplatin and 5-Fluorouracil, as well as for testing targeted therapies.
