    The mammary gland is located between the superficial and deep layers of the subcutaneous fascia. The superficial fascia extends into the mammary tissue, forming cord-like lobular septa, with one end attached to the chest muscle fascia and the other end attached to the skin. This arrangement secures the mammary gland within the subcutaneous tissue of the chest. The mammary gland is one of the few organs in mammals that can undergo repeated processes of growth, functional differentiation, and regression. Fibrous connective tissue extends between mammary gland tissues, forming numerous septa. These fibrous connective tissues play a role in fixing the breast and are composed of fibroblasts.
    primary porcine mammary fibroblasts are derived from the normal mammary tissue of experimental animals. Each vial contains 5×10^5 cells with a volume of 1 ml. Immunofluorescence staining for fibronectin or vimentin is positive. The cell purity is identified to be higher than 90%. The cells are free from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
