Description

Cerebral blood vessels are composed of intima, elastic media and adventitia, and the three layers are closely attached together. Among them, the adventitia is a specialized support tissue, which is composed of connective tissue, and the main component is fibroblasts, which play an important role in vascular inflammation and vascular remodeling. We developed a simple, new, and reproducible method to isolate cerebrovascular fibroblast. Each vial contains at least 1×10^6 cells per ml.
