Description

Oligodendrocytes are an important part of glial cells in the central nervous system. Their main function is to surround the axons of neurons to form myelin sheaths, assist in the efficient transmission of neuroelectric models, and maintain and protect the normal functioning of neurons. We developed a simple, new, and reproducible method to isolate oligodendrocytes cells. Each vial contains at least 1×10^6 cells per ml.
