Description

The trigeminal nerve is a mixed nerve, which is one of the components of the peripheral nervous system and the largest nerve in the face. It controls the sensation of the face, mouth, and nasal cavity and the movement of the masticatory muscles, and transmits sensory information from the head to the brain. We developed a simple, new, and reproducible method to isolate trigeminal neuron cells. Each vial contains at least 1×10^6 cells per ml.
