Description

Rat primary cardiac cells (RPCACs) are isolated from heart tissue of 1-day-old neonatal Sprague-Dawley rats. RPCACs are mixed population of rat cardiac cells grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 1 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium.
