Rat primary lung endothelial cells (RPLUECs) are isolated from tissue of 1-day-old neonatal Sprague-Dawley rats. RPLUECs are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 1 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium.
