Description

TALL-1 is a human leukemic T-cell line that was originally isolated from the bone marrow of a 28-year-old East Asian male patient with leukemic phase of T-cell lymphosarcoma. TALL-1 exhibits lymphoblast-like morphology and suspension culture properties with both spherical and rod-shaped forms. TALL-1 are considered as originated from the donor’s leukemic cells, its exhibits distinct T-lymphocyte characteristics and not carrying Epstein-Barr virus genome. The immunohistochemistry result are positive for CD2, cyCD3, CD4, CD7, and CD8, while negative for CD13, CD19, and CD34 for TALL-1.
